From March 9th until March 11th – Millions of brightly coloured kites will be sailing over King Rama VI Army Camp in Cha Am, Petchaburi.
Cha-Am International Kite Festival, one of Thailand’s largest kite events, is celebrating its 12th year with what looks to be a rather impressive collection of extraordinary kite exhibitions as well as kite-flying shows performed by enthusiasts from around the world.
