Bring Back the Fireworks! We’re gearing up for another fun-packed Independence Day! A long-standing Bangkok tradition, the AMCHAM Independence Day Picnic is a full-day community event bringing together Americans, Thais and Bangkok residents of all nationalities.

You can groove to music, enjoy amazing open-air activities with your kids, and make memories with your family and friends! This year we’re adding yet more exciting options such as a shopping alley, an expanded soccer tournament, a softball pitch and, of course, fireworks.
• Live Music. We have a great selection of bands playing all day long,
• Food & Drink. From all-American barbecue and hot dogs to tacos to som tam and sticky rice, we have something for everyone.
• Kid Activities & Field Games. Activities range bouncy castles to crafts to fun rides to sports. Throughout the day we’ll also have field games like tug-o-war, gunny sack races, egg toss and more.
• Independence Day Ceremonies will include the singing of the U.S. and Thai anthems, the U.S. Marine Color guard, and speeches by Embassy and AMCHAM representatives.
• Soccer Tournament. Cheer on your favorite team in our three-way soccer tournament between the U.S., U.K. and Australian Embassies.
• Raffle Prizes. Win exciting Raffle prizes such as Airline tickets, hotel stays, fancy restaurant vouchers and a host of other fantastic prizes. All proceeds go to support the AMCHAM Foundation Scholarship Program.
• Fireworks! This year we’re bringing back the fireworks for a spectacular finale to the day.
