Programme/Tournament Format:
Departure from Germany will be on Monday 30th October in the evening and we’ll arrive in Bangkok on Tuesday 31st October. The tournament will start Tuesaday evening and will be over with the big conclusion party in the evening on Saturday 4th November. So when you book your own flight please be shure that you will arrive latest on Tueaday 6pm and don’t leave before Saturday evening.

There are a few different divisions (Elite, Open, Rec, Fun, Asia and Women) with over 25 teams in total. Every team will have at least four games (3x 13min) in the tournament. Tournament fee per team is around 2.500 USD (2.400 Euro). It’s not so cheap but it’s worth it !!

The total fee for one week Bangkok with flights, all transfers, 3 or 4star hotel (with breakfast, pool and wifi) and tournament (min 4 games, tournament shirt, conclusion party with buffet and free beer) will be around 1.100 Euro per person. And the total fee for one week Bangkok plus one week at the beach with domestic flights, all transfers and hotel (with breakfast and wifi) will be around 1.400 Euro per person. Persons who will fly on their own to Bangkok will pay 500 Euro less on these packages and non-players will get a 200 Euro discount on the packages too.

Deposits/Payments:
1) Bangkok package with flights/hotel from Germany:
Total fee: 1.100 Euro. First payment 750 Euro till end of June. Second payment till end of September.
2) Bangkok package with hotel but own flights:
Total fee: 500 Euro. First payment 250 Euro till end of June. Second payment till end of September.
3) Only tournament package with own flights/hotel:
Total fee: 250 Euro. Payment till end of June.
