CHAR Restaurant is pleased to announce a special menu for Thanksgiving will be available on Thursday, 22 November 2018, from 6pm to midnight. Featuring modern takes on traditional tastes, diners can celebrate and give thanks in delicious style in central Bangkok.

Beginning as a feast to celebrate a successful harvest, Thanksgiving brings family and friends together to enjoy a meal and remember all that they are blessed with. And no Thanksgiving dinner is complete without turkey, stuffing, cranberry, and, of course, pumpkin pie. At CHAR Restaurant, all these flavors and more will be on offer in a special a la carte menu, with dishes starting from THB 450++.

Chef de Cuisine Nikolas Ramirez put his own special spin on traditional Thanksgiving dishes, creating a menu that includes such temptations as grilled Jerusalem artichokes with apple cider and cashews, fried turkey breast with turkey sausage stuffing and cranberry, and salted pecans with pumpkin pie powder and whipped cream.

More adventurous palates may opt for scallops with turkey wings in langoustine sauce or morels with Colorado veal tail and cocoa. And for those who want to celebrate with a more casual meal at CHAR Rooftop Bar, a turkey sandwich special will be available.
