Terrazza’s award-winning Chef de Cuisine, Roberto Panariello, is preparing the ultimate romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day this year. His superb 4-course menu highlights succulent Tiger Prawn Salad, Smoked Salmon Risotto and Fillet of Beef Tenderloin, with a decadent Strawberry & Coconut Tower dessert to round off this enticing and seductive repast. Sat beside the   hotel’s stunning 8th Floor swimming pool, surely there cannot be a more romantic setting in Bangkok. Including a welcoming glass of Prosecco, the Valentine Special, 14th February, is THB 3,000 nett per couple.
