Superb wines and outstanding cuisine paired with insights from a master. Fireplace Grill and Bar along with Chef Sebastian Reischer invite you to an extraordinary six-course wine dinner.
Special guest for the one-time event on 4 October 2017 will be Sam Stephens, Penfolds wine ambassador and highly respected oenology expert.
Among dishes on Chef Sebastian’s menu will be Butter-Poached Lobster paired with Koonunga Hill Autumm Riesling, Challans Duck Breast with Bin 23 Pinot Noir, and Ibérico Lamp wth St. Henri Shiraz.
