Two white wines are available for delightful tastings.
Zorzettig Pinot Grigio is from Friuli, in the northeast of the country, where white wines are produced in vineyards at the foot of the Dolomite Mountains, while for a contrast, the B.IO bpuntoio Catarratto Chardonnay is from Sicily, the island just off the toe of Italy’s “boot”.

There are three red wines. The Zorzettig Pinot Nero is from Friuli and has an intense nose of cherry and blackcurrant. B.IO bpuntoio’s Primitivo is from Puglia, the southernmost region in Italy, and is a robust, spicy wine. From Piedmonte, Italy’s most famous DOCG wine classification, comes the Vite Colte Barbaresco La Casa in Collina, made entirely from nebbiolo grapes, aged for 26 months, and rich and powerful on the palate.
