First in a series of Pasta Takeover whereby La Dotta invites a guest chef to takeover our kitchen and present their best loved pasta dishes, we are pleased to welcome our friend Chef Stefano Borra of the famed Enoteca on the night of Tuesday 6th March.
Enoteca, founded in 2004, is considered among critics, connoisseurs and those in the know as one of the best fine dining Italian restaurants in Bangkok. This can be attributed to its philosophy of tradition with innovation and passion for the use of high quality products.
Chef Stefano, originally from the Italian region of Piedmont, joins Enoteca in 2016. Prior, he was a chef-owner at his restaurant in Turin, which was awarded 1 Michelin star between 2012 and 2016, before deciding to relocate to Bangkok.
For one night only under the casual and vibrant setting of La Dotta, Chef Stefano will present you some of his signature pasta dishes including Opened Raviolo with Canadian Lobster and Champagne sauce; Handmade fresh Tagliolini with artichokes and glazed guinea fowl; and Lasagna 2017 – Granny would never be able to do it.
