Marlo was the 2010 American Pole Fitness Champion, and 2011 Aerial Pole International Champion. Her credits include commercials for Nike, L’oreal, and Sobe Adrenaline Rush. She has performed with artists such as Diddy, Nelly, Pharell, Kid Rock, Wyclef Jean and Fabolous on MTV and VH1.

She is certified ACE, AFAA, AAAI, NSCA, KANE and has extensive knowledge of alignment, anatomy, strength and flexibility training. Her pole skills have landed her a full page spread in The New York Times, appearances on America’s Got Talent, Law & Order, and a role in the feature film “Rock of Ages” starring Tom Cruise.

When your movement, awareness and rhythm merge you start to dance. When you are fully immersed in a state of energized focus you become stronger and more fluid – you begin to flow. This all levels pole workshop will focus on connecting your spins to seamless floorwork, and creating beautiful, alluring shapes naturally.

Pole Flow Rotations: The Art of Aerial Spinning on a Static Pole
Monday (December 1, 2013) 7:30pm – 9:00pm
Fee – THB 1,800
Learn Marlo’s subtle hand, leg, and alignment techniques that allow your aerial transitions to flow and rotate. This workshop will provide you with tools to make your static pole deceivingly seamless. Appropriate for INT/ADV dancers.

Pole Flow Signature Moves

Learn Marlo’s favorite creations. This workshop includes a variety of spins, climbs, holds, transitions, drops, and unique sequences. We will begin with a thorough warm-up and then get busy.
