Thai Gastronomy Series 2 at R-HAAN Restaurant Bangkok – 8 June 2019
We’re back with again “Thai Gastronomy Series 2” at R-HAAN. The meal consists of 6 courses with each chef providing 2 of his own creations for you to joyfully savor. In this event, Chef Chumpol proudly presents “Contemporary Live Phuket’s Lobster Tom Yam Soup” and the most famous dessert menu “Mango Sticky Rice”.
Come partake in our event to elevate Thai cuisine to the next level in all new forms, taste and aroma. Beginning with a Thai salad Halibut for starters from Chef Henrik, prepared like ceviche with passion fruit juice for acidity. Next on the menu is “Contemporary Live River Prawn Tom Yam Soup” from chef Chumpol that boasts it’s strong herbal aromas, using a classic syphon that maintains the herb’s unique properties. Last but not least, Alaskan Crab leg served with Southern Thai spice foam and pickled daikon created by our Head Chef Chayawee.
