Mantra restaurant and bar presents a Hugo Casanova Chilean wine dinner for one night only.
The 5 course menu will be paired with wines hand-selected by Hugo Casanova himself who will be present at the dinner and Chef Leonard Faust.
The Casanova wines served during the dinner will be Hugo Casanova: Reserve Chardonnay 2010, Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Reserve Merlot 2010, Reserve Cabernet 2009 and award winning Don Aldo 2009.
