Experience the uncompromising at a provocative Wine + Dine New Perspective evening at The Reflexions Restaurant at Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Méridien Hotel this Friday, 3 March, 2017.

Champagne + the French contemporary culinary concepts they inspire in Chef de Cuisine Roxanne Lange are on the sumptuous 06-course menu and game-changing liquid + solid flavours + textures will be in full flow.

Proposed by G Four and Maison Lombard, the famous Champagne Lombard & Cie wines will be presented in person by Brand Ambassador Paul Henri Perrot. Lombard & Cie is loved for its tantalizing tasting notes and, over three generations, the family House of Lombard has done much to accentuate the fame and stimulate the diversity of Champagne terroir wines.

The uncommon evening will commence with a Cocktail Reception where guests will mingle with bubbly flutes of Champagne Lombard & Cie, Brut Référence in-hand

Four more of the illustrious House’s wines will ensue, perfectly paired with Chef Roxanne and her passionate team’s culinary creations.

Deeply experienced in certain classically-grounded yet forward-looking Michelin-starred French restaurants Chef Roxanne has delighted in the challenge of complementing and contrasting the wines for optimum appreciation.
